i recently filed my irrevocable resignation from the Company that i've worked with. i've been with the Company for the last 19 years of my life. my decision was triggered by an incident which i did not expect. i felt so sad and i've not felt this way before---feeling looked down upon.

anyway, i feel happy now. i was with my best friend yesterday and this morning. my husband joined me to be with her and her family for the funeral rites of her dad who died of a stroke.. 'though he had emphysema. he had to undergo two brain surgeries but still did not make it. i felt happy to be with my best friend even if it was just for a couple of days. she is my real friend who is always there for me even if we are miles apart. she is scheduled to leave tomorrow afternoon for her province in mindanao for the final rites of her dad. by sunday, she's leaving for america with her brother-in-law. i hope to see her again and be with her even for a while.
