It has been almost a week since I last updated this blog. Also, I haven't been into my exercise program lately. I've been busy this week.
Two of my children graduated this March. My son graduated high school last March 26 and my daughter in elementary which was last Tuesday, March 28. We celebrated the occassion by eating out at Itallianis Restaurant. Yes... at Itallianis on two separate dates!!! Just ONE DAY apart!! All of my children enjoyed their meals during their first visit that they decided once again to celebrate the graduation day of my daughter in this same restaurant. The food tasted good and the service was exellent.
Now that they've added a new restaurant in their list of favorites, we don't have to settle to Max's Restaurant during graduation day.

i'm still trying to continue with my daily routine of exercising. though sometimes i fail to do it on a daily basis, i still make it a point to finish the 12 km(one hour) bike ride. 'though i am trying to change my lifestyle habit, incorporating salad and fruits in my diet, i still am tempted to have my chocolate and peanuts in my diet. it really soothes me. maybe time will come that i will be able to do without them (i hope).

haven't been able to update my blog lately. i've been busy with my office works. there were too many work to do.
i also started concentrating with my health. i had to start with a daily exercise because the result of the blood exam wasn't good enough. my cholesterol level went overboard. i went biking at antipolo city. my husband introduced the place to me. the view is serene and the air is fresh. it's good to know that there is still a place where i can meditate and reflect on the good things that the Lord has given me.

Oh yes!! At last I'm in.. I have my own blog. Thanks for my daughter's help. She has really grown up fast and has acquired so much knowledge. She's really a great help to me.
